Like a lot of service businesses; beauty salons, hair salons, restaurants, we are now a pre paid service.
We understand life happens and appointments are missed for a variety of reasons however we are a small business with limited appointments available and limited capacity to carry the costs of last minute cancellations.
All appointments are pre-paid.
We require 24 hours cancellation notice to refund your pre-payment.
Send a friend to your pre-paid appointment if you cannot attend however Brazilica reserves the right to alter the service if needed.
A telephone call during business hours must be made to cancel an appointment. Social media/email messages are not considered.
No shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not refundable.
